伊勢神宮参拝の旅。朝から外宮、内宮とお詣りし、午後は市内の別宮を数カ所巡り、疲れも溜まった夕暮れ時。1週間ほど前に予約しておいた人気居酒屋の暖簾をくぐりました。

どれも極めて丁寧に作られていて、盛りつけは美しく、味も申し分ありません。お酒との相性の良さにはセンスを感じました。

いずれも三重県の銘酒で、それぞれに素晴らしい味わい。中でも「瀧自慢 純米 神の穂 秋あがり」は、爽快なまでにフレッシュで、とりわけ印象的でした。
この日の席は小上がりの座敷でしたが、カウンター越しに厨房のようすが窺えました。調理するスタッフたちは、集中した表情が清々しく、いただくお料理がいっそう美味しく感じられたのでした。
客席担当のスタッフも皆さん和やかな接客で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
