お昼のおまかせコース
まずは焼いた鮎と肝のソース、アブラボウズの煮付け、つぶ貝、もずく
どれも手が込んでいてとても美味しい
お寿司は旬のネタを色々と
シャリの大きさは小さめでシャリの酢加減がちょうどいい
珍しかったのが琵琶湖で取れたビワマス
専用の機械でスモークして香りを付ける
燻製の香りがふわっと広がり身が柔らかくとろけた
中盤のとうもろこしと甘鯛の茶碗蒸し
甘いとうもろこしと甘鯛の塩気と脂がマッチ
マグロは夏なので南マグロ
ここで気さくな大将からのクイズ
南マグロの産地を漢字で書かれている
本鮪じゃなくても十分美味しい
中トロは脂が乗っていて最高
車海老はその場で捌いて軽く熱を入れるだけ
ほぼ生で甘みが強くぷりぷり
シャリを中に包んで入れるトロふわの穴子も絶品
ここで甘海老、雲丹、いくらの贅沢丼
これだけ出でくるとはかなりお得
最後はトロの鉄火巻きと干瓢巻き
追加でヒラマサ、蛇腹、シンコ、雲丹を注文
地味に最後のおいなりさんがもちっとした油揚げから出汁がジュワッと出てきて美味しかった
手作りのミルクアイスもミルキーみたいに濃厚で良かった
何を食べても美味しいし何より大将のキャラクターが素敵なので絶対また来たい
