ベトナム料理でも特にバインミーが好きで、地元のベトナム料理店では飽き足らず「横浜のベトナム」と言われるエリアに定期的に行っていたので、『伝説のバインミー』がどうしても食べたかったのです。
店員さんは来店者を「お客様」とは呼ばず「レディー、ジェントルマン」とお声掛け下さいます。『伝説のバインミーを更に美味しく食べる技』を伝授して頂きました。
生春巻き・空心菜炒め・バインミーと同行者の好物の炒飯をオーダー。
今まで食べたベトナム料理で1番かも！
美味しくて満足しました。
