一杯目は迫ハイからスタート。
前菜からはちみつ梅のキムチやらっきょうのキムチなど人気の前菜が楽しめます。
王道のTHEユッケも味がしっかりしていて美味しいです。
極みタン、ハラミ、ハツ、ホルモンのお肉の盛り合わせも内蔵肉中心で極みタンやハラミが牛宮城は美味しいことで有名ですが、ハツ、テッチャンもそれぞれしっかり美味しいです。
和牛サーロインの焼き好きは大判で十数秒焼くだけで食べることができますし、卵やご飯と合わせると焼肉の醍醐味を感じられます。
知多ハイボールも美味しいです。
また、牛タンや和牛カルビなどの焼きしゃぶも山葵とポン酢であっさりとしています。
肉は全てきたとのことなので極みタンと宮迫ハラミを単品オーダー。どちらも高級店の価格ならもっとお値段するのにコスパも良いと思います。見た目も鮮やかで大きく、味付けもしっかり塩タレの味が効いてて美味しいです。有機栽培のレモンもかけて頂きました。
最後は能登プレミアムミルクのジェラートでしっかりとした量感の甘さを感じる焼肉店のデザートに食べたくなるようなアイスで終わりました。
焼肉店の一般的になところよりもクオリティも高く、焼肉の高級店ほどお肉も高いわけではないので、本当にお勧めです。ランチも良いなと思いました。
