前日にここのお店の話しが話題となり、お昼時間を少し過ぎて13時前に訪問、駐車場は無いので、近くの無料駐車場に駐車、お店に入ると平日にも関わらず満席状態
地元の若桜町産の吉川豚を使用したロースもヒレも食べてみたいので、コンビかつ定食(ロース100g、ヒレ70g)を注文、待つ事30分で出てきました
とんかつの衣は、低温でじっくり揚げていりため小麦色ではなく、白っぽく上品な揚げ上がり、中は柔らかくジューシーなお肉が味わえます
とんかつタレはソース、岩塩、わさび醤油の3種類、初めは岩塩から、そしてわさび醤油、ソースと楽しめます
ヒレはわさび醤油、ロースはやっぱりソースかなぁ
新鮮なキャベツと地元の新米て併せて、とても美味しくいただきました
今度は豚重を食べに来たいです
