入店後ポツポツと来店客があり、ほぼ満席になってまし

ひらめがあっさりしながらもじわりとくる美味しさ。
手渡しのいくらが溢れんばかりたっぷりと。
この日の本鮪は青森県三厩産の一本釣り292kg。
やま幸ブランドさすが。間違いない。
つぶ貝のコリッコリの歯応えがたまらない。
塩で食べる中とろは赤酢のシャリとよく合い感動もの。
身厚のほたては甘くて美味。
メヌケはあっさりとしているが脂の乗りが抜群。
函館で曹以にハマって札幌でメヌケにハマる。
今回のお鮨2軒でメヌケにハマりました。
こちらはコスパの良いお鮨屋さんですね。
