新橋の予約困難店「新橋貝介」さんを職場の可愛いグルメ女子が抑えてくれました。2ヶ月前?に予約してくれて、ようやくこの日が来ました。ウキウキルンルン♪初訪問です。ずっと楽しみにしていました!
こちらは貝を中心としたコース料理に、飲み放題が付いて12000円のコースのみ。17時〜19時と、20時〜22時の2部制で、座席はL字のカウンターのみの7席?8席?。そりゃ予約も取りづらいわけだ。
●赤星で乾杯してからコーススタート。この日も暑かったからビールが美味しい!
○平貝の磯部焼き
→焼いた平貝を貝介の名が入った海苔で包んだもの。うま〜い。自然と笑顔になります。
○つぶ貝旨煮
→つぶ貝大好き。意外と柔らかい。旨煮うま〜い!
●白ワインをいただく。ワインのボトルを撮った写真はピンボケで使えず( ; ; ) ワイ(ン)のバカ〜
○焼き茄子
→敢えて硬めに焼いた茄子。熱々。噛むと茄子自体の水分が口中に広がる。めちゃくちゃ美味しい!
●日本酒行きましよ。楽器政宗(がっきまさむね)
○あわびの酒蒸し
→肝ソースといただく。あわびが柔らかくて最高にうまい
○さざえの壺焼き
→磯の香りとサザエの食感が美味しい。残った汁は日本酒で割って飲む。最高!
○いくらの醤油漬け
→巻物にいくらドーン。幸せ♡
●日本酒 一白水成(いっぱくすいせい)
○ぶりの照り焼き
→絶妙な味付けと程よい脂の乗り。ふっくら焼かれててうめ〜
○真鯛の酒盗とニシンの燻製
→酒盗って塩っぱすぎるイメージでしたけど考え方変わりました。美味しい。そしてニシンの燻製が超美味い。市販品らしくて教えてくれました。絶対買う。と言うかもうポチった。家でお休みの日に昼からこれでチビチビ飲みながら、眠くなったら寝るっていうダメ人間生活を送りたい!

どれも最高に美味しかった。いちばんのお気に入りは煎り酒に浸けて食べたつぶ貝かな。いや赤貝かな♡ 残った煎り酒は是非飲んで!
●日本酒 月山(がっさん)
○牡蠣と海老のしゃぶしゃぶ
→牡蠣は岩手県産の「令和の怪物」という養殖の真牡蠣。牡蠣と海老をしゃぶしゃぶしたものを取り分けていだだきました。生牡蠣も良いけど軽く熱が入る事で牡蠣の身がふっくらして最高!海老もプリっぷり!
○お鍋の雑炊
→思い出したらお腹がグーって鳴りました。言い方良くないかもだけど超贅沢な味噌汁ぶっかけご飯みたいな感じ。美味いぞ!
○穴子の炊き込みご飯
→遠赤外線バーナーでじっくり焼き上げた穴子の炊き込みご飯。幸せ♡ とうもろこしがまた甘くて美味い!
○しじみのお味噌汁
→こんなにしじみが入った味噌汁あります?お味噌は極々控えめで潮汁に近い。めちゃくちゃ美味い。肝臓をリフレッシュ!しみじみ飲めば〜♪
こんな感じだったかな。日本酒をまあまあ飲んだのでちょっと記憶が定かではない部分もありますが、とにかく何を食べても美味しかった。カウンターで料理人の方との会話も楽しめて、貝を中心とした贅沢な和食のコースが、飲み放題付きで税込12000円は超お得だと思いました。また予約して来たいと思います。それぞれの季節で美味しい旬のもの食べたいな♡
