築150年の古民家を改装した、なんとも雰囲気のあるお店。窓を開ければちょうど良い風が通り抜けて、エアコンなしでもすごく気持ちいい空間でした。
予約制と知らずにうっかり訪問しましたが、なんと店主の北沢さんが特別にお店を開けてくださり感動…!
いただいたのは「山里にきけ膳」。季節の無農薬野菜を使ったお料理が5品。どれもやさしくて、でもしっかり素材の味がして、ぺろっと完食!
お蕎麦屋さんだけど、和食の枠を超えた創作料理に驚き。季節が変わったらまた行きたいし、次は夜のコースも気になります◎
