久しぶりに特別な日でしたので「弥助鮨」さんを予約させて頂き伺わせて頂きました。
コロナ禍以降は1日1組取っても2組までに予約を抑えているとの事。
海なし県の本気鮨。侮るなかれ…なかなかのクオリティーです。
前回は1年前の9月に伺わせて頂きましたが、やはり寒くなってくるとお魚は美味しくなってきます。時期的にも前回よりも内容、量、質ともに更にパワーアップしておりました。
食事は『おまかせコース18000円』のみ。
