こちらは個室もありますが、目の前で揚げてくれるカウンターがおすすめです。巨大モニターを前に鮮やかな手つきで揚げる様子が見られます。
まず季節の前菜盛り合わせは盛りつけも美しくて、海外の方にも喜ばれそうです。
柔らかく煮たつぶ貝に、枝豆のクリームチーズ寄せ、イワシの南蛮漬け、大根餅、山クラゲの白和え。ひとつひとつにこだわりが感じられます。カニのチリソースは身が厚くて口の中でふわっとほどけます。こういった変わり種メニューも入っており味のバリエーションも楽しめます。
天ぷらは揚げる前の下処理が大事とのことで、たくさん説明して下さりお話も楽しかったです。サクッとしていて中はふんわり!お芋は甘くてホクホクで海老も塩と素材の旨味だけでこんなに美味しいものかと感動しました。
藻塩やカレー塩、ゆず塩、山椒塩とバリエーション豊かでお好みで味の変化も楽しめます。
終盤の卵の天ぷら丼はとろとろの黄身に揚げ玉と、かいわれ大根のサクシャキ食感が加わり美味しかったです。
最後に宇治抹茶の水まんじゅうと巨峰、暖かいお茶を頂きほっこりしました!本当にみなさん人柄が良く、またここに帰ってきたいなと思える場所でした。
