季節のディナーコース全9品に、国産の日本酒・ワイン計10種のペアリング、さらにウェルカムドリンク1杯付きという贅沢な内容をいただきました。
今回は大切な方との接待での利用。コースにお土産まで含まれており、先方にも大変喜んでいただけました。
業界30年以上の大将は物腰が柔らかく、説明も丁寧。スタッフの皆さんの細やかな心遣いも心地よく、終始上品で落ち着いた時間が流れます。
握りはもちろんのこと、一品料理も実に繊細。素材の持ち味を最大限に活かしながら独自の工夫が凝らされ、普段なかなか出会えない食材との出会いも楽しめました。
コースは少量多皿で、程よいテンポ感。常に2〜3種のペアリングが並行して楽しめる構成も魅力です。日本の食文化の奥深さを感じながら、上質な料理とお酒をゆったり堪能できる一軒。
