船橋で美味しいピザを食べたいなら、まず名前が挙がるのがこちらの「trico」。
何度も伺ってはいるのですがレビューを書くのは初めてです。
ここのピザ、本当に美味しい。
粉がいいのかモッチモチのピザ生地がたまらない美味しさで食べた瞬間に「これぞ粉の魔術師」という言葉が自然と出てしまうほど、生地の完成度が驚くほど高い。とにかく生地が良い意味でどっしりとしていて、口に入れた瞬間にふわっと広がる小麦の香り。
外は香ばしく、中はもっちり。噛むほどに旨みが出てきて、シンプルなマルゲリータでも十分に“主役”として成り立つほどの実力。派手さよりも丁寧さ、素材の良さを感じさせる一枚に仕上げているのが印象的です。
具材のバランスもよく、チーズのミルキーさとトマトの酸味が生地にしっかり寄り添う仕立て。重たさがなく、気づけばもう一枚食べられそうな軽やかさです。船橋にこんな本格的なピザがあるとは…と嬉しい驚き。
また、ピザだけでなくシェフが作る渾身のパスタが驚きの美味しさ。香り高い削りたてのトリュフがたっぷり乗ったシンプルなパスタは必食ですよ。
店内はカジュアルで入りやすく、スタッフさんの対応も心地よい。ひとりでも、友人とゆっくりでも使いやすい雰囲気でした。
船橋で本格的なイタリアンを探している人に間違いなくおすすめできるお店。「粉の魔術師」の名は伊達ではないと実感しました。
