特濃煮干蕎麦1,200円&背脂の和え玉400円
休日の17時過ぎに訪問!地下鉄半蔵門線水天宮駅からすぐにあるお店です!通し営業なので、まだ混む前に入店できました食券を購入しますが現金のみ対応です!名物の煮干し蕎麦と和え玉をチョイス!外国人のお客さんも多いのですが店員さんが英語対応してくれます。店内はカウンターのみ11席でカウンターに食券を出しますが、和え玉は食べるタイミングで出します。お冷はセルフでピッチャーがカウンターにあります。卓上調味料はありません。紙エプロンはラーメン提供時に聞かれます。5分ほどで提供です!
特濃にたので、強烈な煮干し(高知県産の片口イワシと青森県産のアジ)cの香りに食べる前から旨い確定!スープを一口飲みますが、トロトロというよりポタポタといった固形に近い粘度で口内が一気に煮干しになります!流石にこれだけの粘度だと塩味も強めになりますが、それ以上に旨い!具材はロースチャーシューと玉ねぎとシンプルですがチャーシューはスープに絡めることでより一層肉の味を引き立て、玉ねぎのシャキシャキ食感の瑞々しさが煮干しの味を引き立ててくれます!麺は硬めの細麺ですがこのスープとの相性抜群です!2/3ほど食べたところで、和え玉をお願いします!ラーメンより少し硬めの細麺の上に背脂と岩海苔にタマネギが乗ってます!底には醤油ダレとニンニクがあり、よく混ぜて食べると二郎系のパンチのある味でうますぎです!そのままでも美味しいですし、スープに絡めて食べると二郎系に煮干しが絡んで更に中毒性が強くなります無心で食べ進め、スープも完飲です!
特濃は濃厚すぎるため、塩味が気になる方もいると思うので、濃厚から食べてみるのもアリかと思います!また、和え玉は注文必須の一品です!限定メニューなど選択肢も豊富なので再訪したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした♪
