いつもお中元にいただいて食べていた本多のうなぎ。
念願のお店でいただきました。
午前11時30分。駐車場が一台だけ空いていました。
さすがの素敵な店構え。
店内は趣きあるセンスありの綺麗なお店。
すぐに2階の席に通していただき、メニューを拝見。
うなぎ以外に笹の葉寿司、だし巻きもありましたので注文。
人生初の白焼もいただきました。焼き目と身の食感がなんともいえず、わさびと美味しいお醤油につけて、最高でした。
うなぎの蒲焼は香ばしい香りと甘くないタレが絶品。ご飯もツヤツヤ、時期的に木島平の新米なはず。
山椒も粉山椒と粒山椒が。
お漬物の量にもびっくり!
塩味が控えめでおいしかった。
贅沢なお昼ご飯となりました。
