本当は2025年秋にオープン予定だったので、いつオープンするか首を長くして待っていました。
今年2026年の1月22日にいよいよオープンされ、初日を避けて23日の午後5時ごろ私が先に順番を取る為訪れると既に沢山の人が順番待ちをされていました。順番待ちの番号を発券して1時間ほど待ち中に入りました。
主人がバスを乗り遅れてしまい1人で先に座る事になりましたが、快くカウンターに案内していただき、寿司職人の方が親切に注文の仕方を教えて
下さいました☺️
お腹の空いていた私はタブレットで昨日テレビで見て決めていた「のど黒」と「かにがんこ盛り」を真っ先に注文しました。
注文は直接板前さんに頼んでも良いし、回っている回転寿司を直接取るもOKです。
「のど黒」は1貫580円(税込638円)「かにがんこ盛り」1300円(税込1,430円)で高価ですが、食べる価値はあります。
「のど黒」は脂が乗っていて、甘みもあり美味しかったです。
「かにがんこ盛り」はカニがこれでもかというぐらい身が乗っていてまたその上にカニ味噌と金箔が乗っていました。
勿論一口では無理なのでカニの身をカニ味噌と1本づつ味わいながら食べました
主人が遅れて入店して席に着いた時、「奥様が1人で寂しがってましたよ」と板前さんが冗談を言って笑わせてくれました。とても居心地良く1人でも全然寂しくないのですが気遣いが嬉しかったです
主人にも「のど黒」と「かにがんこ盛り」を勧めて他に「北陸産あおりいか」「自家製酒蒸穴子」「まぐろづくし」等堪能し最後に私の好きな「国産かんぴょう巻き」と主人は「金沢だしいなり」で締めました。
これで終わるはずでしたが、デザートもお勧めで出ていたので、「バスクチーズケーキ」と「塩ミルクジェラート」も別腹で頼んじゃいました
頼んで正解でした。大好きな「バスクチーズケーキ」は濃厚で「塩ミルクジェラート」と一緒に食べるとここはカフェ?と思うぐらい美味しい
デザートでした。女性の方には是非食べて欲しいです。
2人で¥11,220円でした。福屋友の会が使えなかったのはとても残念でした
今度は1人でランチで来たいと思いました。
