地下にひっそりと構えられた店舗は、全席半個室の贅沢な造り。
黒やダークブラウンを基調とした室内は間接照明に照らされて、
シックで落ち着いた大人の雰囲気。
スタッフの所作も丁寧で、調理を眺めながら絶妙な焼き加減で提供してくれます。
焼肉店なのに煙や喧騒を感じず、プライベートな空間で
料理とじっくり向き合えるのが最高でした。

厳選された牛肉に季節の素材がふんだんに取り入れられていて、
「本当に焼肉?」と思ってしまうような構成で、味も豊かなコースでした。
特に印象に残ったのは、松茸と和牛トロ煮の土瓶蒸しと、シャトーブリアンステーキサンド。
土瓶蒸しはカツオ・昆布・シジミの出汁に松茸と和牛が潜む一品。
すだちを絞っても松茸香りが残るほどの存在感。
具材を含むと今度は和牛の旨味が主役に。
香りと旨味が交錯する、最初からしあわせな味わいでした。
ステーキサンドは、お肉の甘みが強くて、驚くほどやわらかい。
万願寺唐辛子ソースのほんのりした苦みと辛みが加わって、味の変化も楽しく印象的です。
他にも柿やブドウみたいな甘いフルーツがキムチになるなんて本当にびっくり。

ワイン・ビール・日本酒・ウィスキーなど一通りのラインナップが揃っています。
今回はワイン5グラスセットをいただきました。
泡・白・赤(赤のみ3杯)の構成で、
それぞれ個性豊かで料理との相性を想像しながら楽しめました。
フルアテンドのおもてなし感も加わって、静かな個室で、
大事な人と焼肉をじっくり味わいたい人におすすめの一軒です。
