江ノ島 trattoria TORAに夕食で行きました。「焼きとうもろこしのヴェルタータ」の冷製スープはとうもろこしの素材を活かした甘さがとても良く、非常に美味しかったです。「焼き茄子のレモンフロマージュ」も独特の味わいでこの季節の茄子にピッタリ。ピザも程よい大きさで美味しく、「カチョエペペ」はあっさり味のパスタ、これはなかなか出せない味。「イカ墨のパスタ」も素材を活かしつつ、絶妙なバランスで濃すぎないので、このお店の一番のメニューではないかと感じました。フライドポテト、カリカリとついつい食べてしまいます。
