静けさのなかに凛とした気配を纏う、特別な時間が流れる鮨の名店です。
カウンターに腰かけると、まず驚くのは空間の居心地のよさ。
背筋が自然と伸びるような凛とした空気感がありながら、
大将をはじめ、スタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧で柔らかく接してくださり、
緊張せずに心から鮨と向き合える空気を作ってくださいます。
おまかせでいただいた一貫一貫には、季節を映す繊細さと
食材への深い敬意がにじんでいて、まさに職人の“間”が冴えわたる流れ。
火入れの技術が光るつまみ、温度管理が徹底された鮨種、
それぞれのネタに合わせて握り方も絶妙に変えており、
口に入れた瞬間にため息が漏れるほどの完成度。
そして、何よりも印象的だったのはその丁寧な接客。
目の前に立つお客一人ひとりに真摯に向き合い、
会話や表情から“今求められている一貫”を読み取ってくれるような、
静かで温かな心配りがずっと心に残りました。
