今回久しぶりに会う友達との食事会でゆっくり話したかったので全席個室のこちらのお店をチョイス✨
オープンしたばかりの店内は、高級感がありつつ落ち着いた空気感で周りを気にせずゆっくり食事と会話を楽しめる心地よさが魅力。
今回は飲み放題付きの 楓コース(13,000円) をいただきました。
先付けからお料理が少しずつ品良く出てきて、どれも丁寧な味わいで「美味しい」が続く幸せ✨✨

特に美味しかったのは
銀鱈西京焼きは脂ののった銀鱈に西京味噌の甘さと香りがフワッと香る
朴葉焼きは15分掛けてゆっくり火を通した淡路産の玉葱は甘くトロけて宮崎牛の柔らかく旨味の濃い肉質が出汁と溶け合って美味しすぎた。
そして〆のお鮨は赤酢の酸味と甘さが絶妙なシャリで鮨ネタの旨味を邪魔しない。
最初から最後まで美味しくて個室でゆったりとした楽しい時間が過ごせました。
