福岡市中央区春吉2-11-1 ファロディ春吉3Fにある とき へ。
20:00、今回は貸切での訪問。落ち着いた空間でいただく15,000円のお任せコース、これがもう最初から最後まで抜かりなし。
一皿目の福岡産ヤリイカとイタリア産キャビア、醤油のムースから心を掴まれる。繊細だけど攻めてる。北海道産ホタテのブランマンジェは口溶けなめらかで、日本酒とのペアリングが抜群なんだよね。福岡産サワラの炙りに白ポン酢の大根スリ流しも上品。
長崎産ヒラメと山口産紫ウニ、さらに2ヶ月熟成本鮪の旨みは圧巻。天ぷら(ふきのとう、白石蓮根、車海老)も軽やかで完成度高い。近江鴨の炭焼きはジューシー、モモ肉の土鍋ご飯は思わずおかわりしたくなる旨さ。
〆の“不思議な食感のお餅”とあまおう苺、自家製生練乳、そして最後のお茶まで完璧。
予算はコースで20,000円前後。春吉で本気の和食を探しているなら、間違いなくおすすめ。大人のための一軒、さすがの一言。
