Shio Ramen Broth (5/5) - today the broth had the same intensity of flavor as the last visit, but somehow felt even more sundeiru (clear) Noodles (4.9/5) - great balance of firmness and bounce, though thinner ones than last visit and I generally prefer thicker noodles Toppings (5/5) - perfect amount of smoke on the chashu, little bits of katsuobushi and seaweed to accentuate the broth, and the red onions add contrast that makes it so easy to finish the entire bowl!
Niboshi Half Portion Welcome Bowl Broth (4.9/5) - best niboshi I’ve had to date, deep flavor but not cloying, finished the bowl easily Noodles (4.9/5) - thin/medium noodles with great cook and texture Toppings (5/5) - thicker cut of chashu that worked so well with the broth
Love the clarity of the soup, texture of the noodles, and toppings were top notch also! This is a perfect/near-perfect bowl for my palate.

自家製ラーメン 麦苗
日本を離れる前に、どうしてもお気に入りの店に戻りたくて再訪!店主が自分のことを覚えていて、二度目の来店だと気づいてくれた。真剣な表情ながらもどこか楽しそうに一杯一杯を丁寧に作っていた。
塩ラーメン
スープ(5/5)- 前回同様に味の強さはそのままに、今回はさらに澄んでいるように感じた
麺(4.9/5)- コシと弾力のバランスが絶妙。ただし今回は前回よりも細めの麺で、個人的にはもう少し太めが好み
トッピング(5/5)- チャーシューの燻香が完璧。かつお節や海苔がスープを引き立て、赤玉ねぎのアクセントで最後まで飽きずに完食
煮干しハーフウェルカム丼
スープ(4.9/5)- 今までで一番の煮干し。深みがありながらもくどさがなく、最後の一滴まで美味しく飲み干した
麺(4.9/5)- 細〜中太の麺で、茹で加減と食感が抜群
トッピング(5/5)- 厚切りのチャーシューがスープとの相性抜群
