Shio Ramen Broth (4.9/5) - amazing from the first to the last sip, so clear and balanced Noodles (5/5) - great texture and bite, on the al dente side which I prefer Toppings (5/5) - so well thought out. The tsukune is the first bite and has a touch of sweetness, next to the deeply flavored slice of chicken, then a thinly sliced fatty and lightly smoky slice of pork, finally to a thick cut and deeply flavored pork slice. Beautiful progression of flavors that play so well with the broth.

スープ（4.9/5）－ 最初の一口から最後の一滴まで感動するほど澄んでバランスが取れている
麺（5/5）－ 食感とコシが素晴らしく、ややアルデンテ寄りで自分好み
トッピング（5/5）－ 緻密に構成された流れ。最初のつくねはほのかな甘みを感じ、その隣には旨味の深い鶏チャーシュー、続いて薄切りの脂身があり軽く燻香をまとった豚、最後に厚切りで味わい深い豚チャーシューへと続く。スープとの調和が見事な美しい味の展開
