香ばしいソースの香りに包まれた下曽根の人気鉄板居酒屋。
目の前の鉄板で焼かれる音、立ち上る湯気、そして漂う香りがすでにご馳走、ライブ感と旨味が詰まった一軒です。
この日は単品でいろいろ堪能。
◆ 味玉ポテサラ
まろやかなポテトに、ねっとり濃厚な味玉の黄身が絡む。
胡椒と粉チーズのバランスが良く、最初の一品から完成度が高い。
◆ とろすじポン酢
じっくり煮込まれた牛すじは、箸でほどけるほど柔らかい。
◆ 黒豚餃子(4個)
香ばしい焼き目、もちっとした皮、黒豚の甘み。
鉄板で焼かれる音とともに食欲が加速する。

サシの入った柔らかな赤身。
