入り口から店内に入ってお店の造りに感動します。
すごいや~
そう思わせる内装で、この雰囲気でまずは期待感が高まります。
まずは、のれそれから、そして、タコのやわらかさに感動
お刺身の提供の仕方も皿の上に一枚づつ
飾りをつけることなく、一つづつ提供されます。
本日の中では金目があぶらがあって本当に旨かった~
アン肝は甘く煮付けられて、この方が美味しいな~
白子の出汁がまた美味しくこれもいいな~
子持ちシャコの炙りもこうした出し方が珍しくよかったです。
〆サバの炙りはいまいちだな~〆サバのほうが旨い
マグロが全般に残念だったな~
このレベルまで来ますと、個人の好みの世界に入りますね~
大将との相性であったり、シャリの好みであったり
穴子の煮付け方やつめの味や玉子の焼き方や味
こうした、好みの世界での評価とさせていただきました。
雰囲気がよくて、炙り物も炭火の竈で炙ってもらえこの雰囲気もいいですね~
