予約の際にもう一つ、追加する必要があるのが黄金焼き1,980円
時間をかけて焼き揚げ?るのでこれもオーダー必須
一番お手軽な和(なごみ)コース(6品)6,600円を予約
ここは個室が素晴らしいのですが、急な予約で大広間
とはいえ、それぞれのテーブルは衝立で仕切られており悪くはありません
早くに予約すれば、素晴らしい個室が利用できますのでお奨めします
それぞれが、へ~っていう逸品が出てきますが
とにかく、水炊きのスープが絶品です。
水炊きの鍋が出てきますと、まずはスープからです。
ニンニクの裏ごしされたものとネギをちょっと入れますとこれまた旨い
何杯もスープだけで美味しく頂けます
鍋の中は鶏肉とつみれのみ
通常の鍋とは違い野菜等は無く、スープと肉を味わうだけの鍋です
そして、黄金焼
これがまた、ふっくらジューシーに焼き上げられた骨付き鶏
カットして提供してもらいましたが、これもとにかく旨い
最後に雑炊で〆ますがこれがまた、旨い
