17時30分のオープン時間に合わせ15分前に到着
入口付近で待っていますと、何やら?店内に次々と入る方が・・・?
自転車で見えた方から声をかけて頂いて
「入って待って大丈夫だよ」声をかけて頂きました
店内に入りますとびっくり!
もう、カウンター席で空いているのは3席のみ
客席の電気はついていませんが、席は埋まっています
17時半になりますと、客席側の電気がつき順番にオーダーを聞いてもらえます
串焼きを取りあえず、1本づつ注文
まずは、タレでレバー、シロとハツ
薄くカットされて、強火で焼きあげられ
大きさも一人で1本ちょうどいい大きさです
一通り、全てを食べ終わり、追加でメニューにないものも出てきました
白系が特に美味しい
ガツが柔らかくて、ふわっとこれは旨い
シロが柔らかくて特に美味しい・・・史上最高のシロでした
お店の空気感は緊張するくらいの雰囲気がありましたが
常連の方が通い詰めることだけあります
