大阪のお隣の神戸にはまた違うお好み焼きがありました
神戸のお好み焼きは広島のお好み焼にちょっと似てますが
驚くほど旨いものを教えて頂きました(^^)
広島の方には悪いですが・・・広島焼きを初めて頂いた有名店での味
嫌いではありませんが、好みは大阪焼の方が・・・と思っていました
神戸のお好み焼きは皆さんにお奨めします・・・これは旨い
お好みで味が変えられ、醤油と七味、どろソース、酢醤油七味など
酢醤油七味がこれまた美味しい
ねぎ焼と神戸焼き、どちらも味を変えながら頂きましたが
これは満足します
お母さんの作る玉子焼き・・・これも神戸の家庭の味
塩と醤油のシンプルな味でこれまたご飯を食べたくなる鉄板の味
お母さんのおしゃべりしながら楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました
