満喫させていただいたのにも関わらず、
弥生後半時の訪問が
初夏を思わせる様な
皐月下旬へレビューとなってしまい、

念力だけは湧いてきたものの

ご一緒頂き美食のコースを
堪能させていただく光栄に預かりました。(^◇^)
どれも素晴らしいお料理の数々でしたが、
京風お出汁が特筆でした。
また、旬の鹿児島産グリンピースと
蕨のお出汁使いに非凡さを拝見し、
シンプルで一見、変哲ないグリンピース豆が
旨味成分たっぷり含んだ出汁は、
旨味と旨味の相乗効果で、忘れられ無い
一品でした。
この様なグリンピースを食べたら、
グリンピース嫌いな人でも好きに成りそうです。♪
どれもあまりにも豪華なネタ料理ばかりで、
それぞれに対して
これが一番!っと評価できるお店では
到底ありませんので、

大好きな日本料理とその基のお出汁が、
美味しいお店は
何を食べても素晴らしく、
