6年前よりミシュランの星を獲得し続ける天ぷら懐石のお店。いつかは行こうと思い遂に実現しました。
お店は大阪市営地下鉄御堂筋線 江坂駅より程近く(徒歩ではやや遠い)の住宅街の一角に有ります。
車で行かれたら店の前道路隔てた反対側に数台の駐車場スペースが確保されています。
一見倉か何かの様な外観です。少し想像していた外観とは違うなと思いつつ入ります。
店内はカウンターとお座敷のゆったりとした空間です。
夜のお食事は5000円、8000円、10000円の3コース設定されています。その他に追加で天ぷらのアラカルト数品有ります。
懐石と言うだけあって天ぷらのみというわけでは有りません。
先付け、お造り、八寸、天ぷら各種、酢の物、焼き物、御飯、汁物、香物、デザートと出てきます。
今回は8000円のコースで御願いしました。
細かいところは失念したので写真を参考にして頂きたいのですが、先付け、お造り、八寸とどれも手の込んだ仕事をされています。
どれも季節を感じる素晴らしい物です。
器もこの日は3月に訪問と言うこともあり、お内裏様とお雛様の仕様でした。毎年この1カ月のみ使用するそうです。
天ぷらは3種の岩塩と天つゆ、後はその素材に合ったタレなどで頂きます。
季節の野菜や旬の魚などが薄い衣でカラッと揚げられています。
どれも素材の味が活きており、さすがだなと感心しきりです。
最後の焼き物は鰆の切り身焼きでしたが、それをちりめん御飯と共に中止し、天丼に変更できます。
天丼はなんと、半熟玉子の天ぷらです。ドロッとした黄身とタレの染みた御飯の相性は良く、決して油っこく無いです。
天ぷらをしこたま食べた後でも食べれる天丼は、全ての天ぷらの美味しさを感じます。
決して油っこく無く、揚げている油も透き通っており、質の良さが分かります。流石ですよね。
ミシュラン2つ星の天ぷら懐石の実力は流石だと納得させられました。
