金沢駅から歩けそうな距離にあるお店。
しかし、遠方から来る方は
金沢駅からタクシーでお店に行くことをオススメします。
タクシーでおよそ5分ほど。
住宅街の中にひっそりと佇んでいます。

蛤汁 蛤をしっかり感じる旨味満載濃汁。
蛤 汁で出汁取った蛤を握りで食べても旨し。
蛸 サッと茹でたあっさりの蛸。
鯖 門構えの鯖。
烏賊肝和え 塩辛までいかない即席肝和えが美味しい。
白子崩し これは!熱を加えたとろける美味。
海苔巻き 銀舎利を巻く一品!烏賊肝を付けて食べます。
きじはた 盛り合わせの一種。さっぱり。
鰈 旨味を感じる刺し。
ばい貝 金沢で秋に良く出るコリッとした一品。
鯵 盛り合わせの一種。
蕪 口休め。
あかにし貝 食べたことないコリコリ貝。
香箱蟹 3種の可愛らしい手毬寿司で。
卵と身と内子の3種。どれも美味しい。
がんど ぶりの手前。こちらでの言い方。
出汁いくら 出汁と魚卵を感じる柔らかく抜群に美味しい。
炙り鮪 とろける旨い脂と香ばしさ。
こはだ 円やかな酸味と歯ごたえ。
漬け ルビーのように透き通る赤身。
甘海老 お鮨屋さんで始めて美味しいと思った甘海老。
穴子 柔らかい穴子。
雲丹 まろやか。
のど黒 今までの中で一番美味しいのどぐろ!
玉 厚焼きと出汁卵。金沢って厚焼き卵が多い。
仕入れはどこからですか?
と聞いてみたところ築地からではなく、ほぼ北陸で仕入れてるようです。
遠方から来ると地物が食べられる嬉しい一言です。
赤酢は少し使っていて心地の良い酸味が口に広がります。
小さめ舎利は、一口の大きさで食べやすい。
どのネタも本当に美味しく新鮮でひと手間を垣間見えます。
金沢らしく見た目から器、つまみ、握りまで美しい。
太平寿しで長く修行された大将。
お二人で切り盛りされてるお店は意外と広めです。
丁寧な物腰のやり取りには温かさを感じます。
