名駅鮨Sublimeを訪問しました。
場所は名古屋駅の中心部にあり、アクセスも抜群で便利で行きやすいです。
店内には落ち着いたカウンター席に個室もあり用途に応じて色んな利用に対応できます。
今回私が食べたのは、幸という18000円のコースです。
この日のお寿司のメニューは、
トロ、ヒラメ、しまあじ、ホタテ、金目鯛、本マグロ、穴子、トロタクなどでした。
お寿司の産地や調理方法などをお聞きしましたが、
こだわりが感じられました。
産地にこだわり、調理方法にもこだわって握られたお寿司は間違いのない絶品のお寿司でした。
どのお寿司も素晴らしく感動的な美味しさでした。
口の中でほどける感じや溶ろける感じ、脂の乗りや繊細な味付け。次はどんなお寿司が出るんだろか、どんな料理が出るのだろうかとワクワクが止まりませんでした。
一品料理もどれも美味しく、そして豪華でした。
フグの白子に蟹といくらのご飯、アワビのウニソースに活のとり貝、ローストビーフ、いくらの茶碗蒸しに黒糖の玉子などなど楽しい料理、豪華な料理に大満足でした。
正直言ってこれで18000円ポッキリはめちゃくちゃお値打ちで高コスパだと思います。
デートや打ち合わせ、接待にも使えますし、
外国人の旅行者の方々にもお勧めしたいお店です。

I visited Meieki Sushi Sublime.
The location is right in the heart of Nagoya Station, with excellent access, making it convenient and easy to reach.
The interior features a calm counter seating area as well as private rooms, accommodating various needs and purposes.
This time, I had the "Sachi" course, priced at 18,000 yen.
The sushi menu for that day included:
toro (fatty tuna), hirame (flounder), shima-aji (striped jack), hotate (scallop), kinmedai (golden eye snapper), hon-maguro (bluefin tuna), anago (conger eel), and toro-taku (minced fatty tuna with pickled radish), among others.
When I asked about the origins of the sushi and the preparation methods, I could sense their dedication.
The sushi, made with a focus on the sourcing of ingredients and meticulous preparation techniques, was all undeniably exquisite.
Each piece was outstanding and left me deeply impressed with its deliciousness.
The way it melted in my mouth, the richness of the fat, and the delicate seasoning—it was an exciting experience, leaving me eagerly anticipating what sushi or dish would come next.
The additional dishes were also delicious and luxurious.
Highlights included fugu shirako (pufferfish milt), rice with crab and ikura (salmon roe), abalone with uni (sea urchin) sauce, live tori-gai (cockle), roast beef, ikura chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with salmon roe), and kokuto tamago (black sugar egg). These delightful and extravagant dishes left me completely satisfied.
Honestly, at just 18,000 yen, I think it’s an incredible value and highly cost-effective.
It’s a place suitable for dates, business meetings, or entertaining guests, and I’d also recommend it to foreign travelers.
