予約してた江戸前寿司屋の新店!
いやぁ〜貴重な体験をさせていただきました!
まず 椅子に座って予約してたコースがスタートして出されたのが、すまし汁。そして握りの中トロから握られました!舎利がバラけます。そしてネタと舎利が同時に消える。それから握りは(*´﹃`*)

全て超絶旨男!笑みが溢れました。ネタに合わせて舎利を使い分けてます!素晴らしいです!
未知の食べ物だと感じたのは、いくら最中。
最中の中に、いくらの握り、とびこ&とんぶりが入ってる。食感の祭り!
そして握り以外も絶品でした!

特にマグロの頬肉はトロットロで、しつこく無い脂がノリノリ!骨の髄までしゃぶりたいと思った。
雲丹なんか…まずこんな種類食べ比べなんてしないので本当、こんなにも味わいが違うのかと…
甘み、舌触り、各々の独特なクセ!手巻きにしても食べたけど、雲丹3種類乗せて食べたり超贅沢しちゃった!本当に楽しめました♪また贅沢出来る時は利用したいです(#^.^#)ごちそうさま!
