This was easily the best Japanese curry I have ever tasted, and I will now be sad every time I have curry in New York because it will be so much worse than this
I love all of the flavors present on the plate, the egg yolk is so rich when mixed with the rice and curry, and the onions and chickpeas provide an excellent fresh flavor to cut the spice of the curry. Please make sure to add some spicy vinegar too!!

これは今まで食べた日本のカレーの中で間違いなく一番美味しかったです。これからニューヨークでカレーを食べるたびに、これよりずっとまずいものになってしまうので、悲しくなります
お皿に盛られたすべての味が最高です。卵黄はご飯とカレーに混ざってとても濃厚で、玉ねぎとひよこ豆はカレーの辛さを和らげる絶妙なフレッシュ感を与えてくれます。ぜひスパイシービネガーも加えてくださいね！
