大きな通り沿いの一軒家。カウンター席で生を飲んで6時のお客さんが揃うのを待ちます。
店主が炊けたばかりのご飯に赤酢を交ぜてすし飯を用意しています。そしてコースがスタート。

途中から富山の満寿泉。純米辛口です。
そして更に満寿泉の11年物。ブルゴーニュの白のような色です。こちらは甘味があります。
最後に宇治茶。味からすると玉露でしょう。
富山は河が多く多彩な魚が獲れるそうです。
店主のこだわり。富山の郷土愛があふれています。
