昨年9月にオープンし、某SNSやマイレビュさん達の口コミ見てて要チェックしてたお店( ✧︎Д✧︎) キラーン
2番出口から出てすぐわかったよ!
ディスカウントショップのジャパンがすぐ近くに、日本家屋風の外観がなんだかミスマッチ。
店内は、凛としながらも肩肘張らないカジュアルさもある雰囲気。大将さんと補助の方のツーマンセル、感じの良い方々でした♪

先ずは肴から、コリコリとしたつぶ貝からスタート。予め藻塩がかけられている、酢橘を絞って頂く♪
鱧は目の前で骨切り、梅肉をたっぷりつけて
ほっこりとした身、骨の食感は皆無。旨い。
シャキシャキのもずく酢、旨味たっぷりの煮蛸、脂ノリノリのりすけさんの鰯の三種盛り、お酒がススム。
茶碗蒸しは鯛の酒盗を使ったヤツ。餡が張られていて食べた事ないよこんな茶碗蒸し。
めちゃくちゃえ〜出汁しとるがな。
で…握りスタート。
白酢でほどよく柔らかいシャリ。
先ずは鰻の白焼き…関西風、サクサクふっくらで激旨!冒頭から最高⤴︎
続いて障泥烏賊…てかアオリイカってこんな漢字やねんな|д・) アオリイカは塩で…ねったりとした舌触り
んで白甘鯛、熟成された旨味、ぷりぷり甘味のある甘海老。
トロタクは、直前に炙った海苔に希少部位の脳天使用でコリコリ食感にマグロの旨味が抜群。
のどぐろは表面軽く炙った脂のりのりノリスケさん→昇天(ό‿ὸ)ノ
煮て少し炙りを入れた北寄貝。本マグロは熟成させたヤツ、やはりマグロは間違いない。
ウニは軍艦ではなく、シャリにそのままのっけたタイプ。ダイレクトに雲丹の濃厚さが伝わってくる。
ぷりっぷりの車海老、煮穴子はタレではなく塩で…
干瓢玉子巻きと赤出汁で〆…
この赤出汁、具なしで色んな素材の旨味がつまった一杯でした。
肴から握りへのバランスも良かったし、何を食べても旨かった。この内容でこのお値段は破格!安すぎるやろ。他所やったら2万オーバーやろ

プレミアムコース(13800円)の下にスタンダード(7800円)もあるし、お昼のランチなら更にリーズナブル(5800円)、そしてなんとアラカルトでの注文も可能で、隣のジャパンの買物帰りにサクッと寄るお客さんもいるそう…記念日にもオススメだし、カジュアルに普段使いもできる正に大人の居酒屋と言った感じ♪
