2013年…出雲大社の遷宮YEARにどうしても行きたく、
お城&温泉を堪能しに島根に1泊2日旅行。
美肌の湯と言われる玉造温泉で美味しい海鮮が食べたいと
あえて素泊まりにし行ったのが「若竹寿し」。
驚いたことにお泊りした「ホテル玉泉」の目と鼻の先。
（ちなみに…このホテル玉泉は「温泉若おかみの殺人推理１８」の舞台だったw）
話は戻って…
日本海はのどぐろが有名だが、一夜干しや煮付けだったので、
あえて違うものをチョイス。
まずは、ビールととしろ。アワビの肝。
クセと匂いが強い。これぞ肝!!!
ビールが進みます。。。。最初の一口でこれだけ飲めるww
さぁ〜、注文開始。
まずは近海魚の盛り合わせとしめ鯖。
どちらも身が厚く、プリップリがハンパない。
あっさりに見えるが、これものすごく脂が乗っていた。
島根の地酒も飲み比べ。私は高正宗が好きかな。
かなりスッキリとキレがある飲み口。
ガツンと来る米の感じはあまりないけど、スッキリ辛口好きの方には絶品
うざくとあご天。
うざくとは鰻ときゅうりの酢の物。
これ食べてから、オカンがたまに作るようになった。
うなぎが酢の物になるとは。。。ビックリ。
あご天は揚げたてのホッカホカ。
醤油が染みこまないんだね〜（笑）。プリプリの食感。

アサリのような身の大きさとお出汁の美味いこと…
これ毎日飲んでたら、身体に良さそうと勘違いするwww
また行きたいいい店でした。
人気があるので、事前予約しておいた方がいいかと。
予約時の感じもとても良かったです。
