三谷で板前さんだった加藤さんが独立。ご夫婦2人で営まれているお店です。
お寿司が美味しいのはもちろん、お酒のペアリングのセンスがよいです。日本酒以外にも貴腐ワイン、にごり酒、ロゼなどを合わせ、どれもしっくりきていました。ペアリングする意味がわからないってケースが結構ありますが、ここはちゃんと腹落ちのする組み合わせでした。特に寒ブリとカラスミの器に、貴腐ワインを合わせるのが美味しかったです。
デザートの南高梅は柔らかく旨味が凝縮されていて美味。お持ち帰りしたい。
また、1回転でこじんまりとしているので、急かされることなくゆっくりお食事できます。
