当時資格取得のために通っていた専門学校の懇親会で利用しました。
幹事さんが6月限定の醪音コースを選び、さらに何点か一品料理を追加注文してくれました。
コースのいくつかの品は、生もの禁、グレープフルーツ禁の自分に合わせてお店側がコースメニューとは違うものを用意して下さいました。有難いです。
このコース、炙り焼きが面白いんです。スルメイカ丸干し、さより、エイヒレが出てきて、これを七輪を使って自分で愉しむんです。さらに、炭火焼も同じく七輪を使って、鯵みりん干し、鱒の幽庵漬け剣先で焼きます。旨味が良いですよね、これ。車で現地に入ったのでアルコールは飲めずノンアルコールビールにしましたが、お酒と一緒なら弥増して美味しく感じられたことでしょうね。
こちらのお店、英勲蔵元齊藤酒造直営店。お酒を愛でる人垂涎のお店です。先付からデザートまで、はずれなしのコースでランプ肉のローストなんて柔らかくて山椒が効いていて本当に美味しいんですよ。この内容であればCPの観点からも及第点以上で、大満足の夕食会となりました。
楽しい料理に舌鼓を打ちながら志を同じくする仲間たちと語り合い、豊かな時間を過ごすことができました。
