前から行きたいと目をつけていた寿司屋。
カウンターのみなので、開店時間の17:30に当日予約で行った。開店と同時にカウンターは満席。予約客ばかりだった。
本日の日替りをメインに注文した。

◎のどぐろ:身がまったりと甘い。ボリュームがある。ぬちまーす(沖縄の塩)でいただく。
◎石陰貝:身が厚く柔らかい。ぬちまーすでいただく。
◎大とろ炙り:にんにくは想像したほど効いてない。
◎活けハモ炙り:香ばしい。梅肉とオイルが絶妙。
◎揚げ牛蒡と鰹のブルーチーズ:食べにくい。ブルーチーズが効いてる
◎よこわ:ワサビソース

◎えんがわ:ぬちまーすでいただく
◎塩レモンでかサーモン:そのままいただく
◎海ぶどうと鮪の細巻き:海ぶどうの食感がよい
一品もの
◎秋刀魚のオイル漬け:秋刀魚は美味しかったが、下に敷いてる玉ねぎに味付けがない。
◎季節の茶碗蒸し:ハモ、生麩、サツマイモ
普通の寿司屋にあるようなネタ(ハマチとか)が少なかった。
ぬちまーすでいただくか、そのままいただくか、のどちらかだった。
創作寿司は好き嫌いが別れそうだが、なかなか面白く美味しかった。
酒にもこだわりがあるようで、焼酎はプレミアム焼酎ばかりとのこと。
価格も満足で、また行きたいと思わせてくれた。
2016.09再訪
今回も予約して17:30に伺う。やはり予約客で満席だった。
偶然にも前回も9月に来てるのでネタにあんまり変化がないかも。
超ミニマム丼は、寿司サイズの丼でしたf^_^;
今回も満喫〜。次回は季節を変えて来てみたいな。
