行春や 鳥啼き魚の 目は泪
と芭蕉が詠んだ江戸の最果て千住の地まで午前中から出向いたのは、昼から北千住駅前の豆腐・湯葉料理工房「宇豆基野」での自催オフ会だったからでした。
確かに、「食べログ」店評にも多くあるように、これほどの量・質ともに豊富で贅沢なコース料理を破格の安さ(\2600)で食べられるのはお値打ち。できたての豆腐や湯葉を実質おかわり自由で何度も食べられ、当初は「どうせ豆腐」と舐めてかかった参加マイミク達もすっかり満腹。豆腐や湯葉以外にも、鱧と冬瓜の椀物やう雑炊など、どれも満足な料理で、個人的にも「千代田線の果て」北千住まで地下鉄を乗り通す甲斐があります。やはり豆腐って豆乳分が重く、お腹にもたれるみたい。今回は、豆乳を寄せて豆腐もとい「豆富」を作るところを動画撮影♪ 豆腐や湯葉以外にも自由のできたて汲み上げ湯葉や、蟹真丈の椀物や蕪白煮、秋刀魚釜飯など、どれも満足な料理。
すっかり定期的に通っていますが、来年も来店が楽しみです。
