久しぶりの登校。メニューもタラの芽、ふきのとうの天婦羅など、春を先取りしたものが増えてます。
でも、季節に関係なく食べたいものを注文。
小柱、醤油に浸さずそのまま食すと、仄かな甘みが口に拡がります。エビスビールの小瓶を頼んじゃったけど、最初から白鷹の燗酒の方が良かったかも。
肉豆腐、廉価で身体が温まります。ボリュームも二人で分けて食べれる十分な量。東京の居酒屋なのに、薄味で出汁が効いてます。
わかさぎの唐揚げ、そろそろシーズンを終えそうなので、峻別の念でオーダー。もみじおろしの入ったポン酢醤油に浸して食べるのも宜し。シンプルに塩&レモンでもイケますな。
白鷹の燗酒も2本目となり、アテを追加。鳥のけんちん揚げを頼みました。鳥を用いた薩摩揚げの風情。出汁に浸され、上に大根おろしを載せて、揚げだし豆腐みたいにいただきます。鶏肉ならではの味と、人参、牛蒡など正にけんちん汁の具が詰まった食感が見事。定番メニューになって欲しいです。
