地酒の飲み比べのドリンクメニューは、3種の銘酒にプラスお気に入りのお酒を一杯分サービスという太っ腹プラン。地元でしか消費されないお酒のストーリーを面白おかしくお話してくださいます。わたしは、「成政」という地酒が気にいりました。
さてご飯も旬の夏野菜をふんだんに使って、そして素材そのものの個性を活かした一皿ばかりでそれはそれは、とてもとてもおいしかった。10品それぞれボリュームもあり、おなかはパンパン。
鮎の塩焼きは薪で焼いているから皮がぱりぱりザクザクで食感も楽しい。お肉も野菜も薪で焼いてるからスモーキーな香りもまた食欲をそそる。
非常に大満足なディナーでした。
