一軒酒場、老舗の古い佇まいが大衆酒場である。カウンターが立派でテレビが中心に鎮座されており、ぴん飲みが基本である。寡黙な大将、笑顔の女将さんが創業40年と大将。やきとりメインで70円というまさに大衆酒場である。煮込みは、塩風味で日本酒のアテに最高だ。燗酒は、湯せんで桃川、青森の酒だと女将。追加で油あげ焼を頼む。すると、フローズン高清水があると女将、それは素晴らしいと注文。なんと、創業当時からのスタイルだという。さらに、軟骨はやきとりに無いのに、品書きにあり、大将の自慢のアテというので頂いた。カリカリと高清水に合う絶品だ。ここ一ノ関も老舗酒場が渋くあり、大将、女将の偕老同穴酒場であった。末長く、ごちそうさま。

ご常連と絡み一期一会を楽しむ。素晴らしいマスターと女将さんが語らう。大衆酒場とは、一期一会である。マスターは、国体代表のアスリートでもあり、寡黙ながら人柄は最高な酒場に身を委ねた一ノ関を代表する酒場だ。おごっそーさん。締めのラーメン は、支那そばだ!
