かま田は僕らを待っている
忍者さん!いつも美味しいもの食べてるけど、私たちも連れてってよと、若い頃に同じ職場で働いたことがある女性2人から、ラインでリクエストが。
喜んで!ということで選んだのが、ここ「かま田」3週間程前に電話予約して、5000円のコースをお願いしました。
2人の女性とは、紺屋町の交差点近くのアクティの下で待ち合わせをして合流します。そこから1分も歩けば、かま田の入るカカコビルが見えてきます。
少し急な階段を上りきると、左手にあるのがかま田です。戸を開けると、カウンター向こうから優しい笑顔の店主が迎えてくれます。忍者は、今回で3回目の訪問と回数は多くないのですが、お店に入ると感じる安心感が何より嬉しいお店です。
ああどうも。お久しぶりです。店主と挨拶を交わして、右奥のカウンターに座ります。2人の女性に挟まれて、「何か両手に花やなあ」と言うと、「そんなん言うてくれるんは、忍者さんぐらいやわあ。」確かに言いすぎたかも^_^;
私は生ビールを、2人の女性はホットウーロンとノンアルコールを、急遽予定が変わって車で来たそうでお酒が飲めないのは少し残念ですが・・♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*) (*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪
先付は、八寸。この日は、八角形の塗りの容器で提供されました。内容は次のようなものでした。
・ほうれん草と人参の白和え
・マグロの手毬寿司
・タコの辛子酢みそ
・ホタルイカの酒盗酢和え
・イクラのみぞれ和え
・ナマコ(キンコ)酢
・イワシの南蛮漬け
どれもお酒のアテによさそうなものばかり、これは日本酒を頼まなければと言うことでお願いしたのが、本家松浦酒造の鳴門鯛立春朝搾り。
このお酒は、全国の蔵元や酒販店が作る日本名門酒会が呼びかけ、全国33都道府県の37蔵が参加したんだそうです。
前日から徹夜で準備、立春の早朝に搾り瓶詰め、酒販店の協力を得てラベル等を貼り、阿波神社でご祈祷を済ませた後、参加の酒販店に配られるんだそう。全て予約販売なので、普通には手に入らない貴重なお酒だそうです。
きれいな薄いグリーンのぐい呑みを選び、いただきます。ふむふむ爽やかでフルーティーな味わいですね。春の香りがしてまさにスプリン(^o^)g"
次に出されたのは、蟹の真薯椀。ウルイの葉がさりげなくシルエットロマンス!大橋純子もビックリの美しさ&旨さです。アラカルトでは、椀物はいただけないので、食べたい人はコースを予約するか、事前にお願いする必要があります。
向付は、トロとイカとシマアジ。やはり、お造りは日本酒とよく合いますね。こいつぁ〜春から縁起がいいわい(^o^)
鉢肴は阿波牛柚味噌。肉の焼き加減は抜群ですね。木頭の柚子を使った柚味噌を少し付けていただくと、これがまた美味しいですね。
前の方からとってもいい香りが鼻をくすぐります。やって来たのは、強肴の鰤青海苔餡掛け。吉野川の青海苔の緑が美しいですね。鰤の表面の少しカリッとした感とそれを包む青海苔餡がぴったしカンカン!
別のお酒をと店主にお願いすると出されたのが、やはり徳島のお酒、中和商店の花笑。中和商店には山笑という純米吟醸の超辛口のお酒がありますが、この花笑はそれをさらに磨きをかけた純米大吟醸。超辛口ですが、とてもフルーティーで食中酒としては、とてもいいように思います。
揚げ物のそら豆や里芋を口に入れると、心までほっこりしますね。鴨肉も癖がなくて美味しかったです。
止め肴のしめ鯖はとてもいい塩梅、辛口の日本酒にすごく合いますね。
最後の食事は鯛めしとお味噌汁、わらび餅で、ううんマンダム。両隣のマダムたちもとても満足した様子。やっぱりかま田にしてよかったよかった。
忙しかったのか少し髪が伸びた店主、と言っても三分が五分になった程度ですが^_^;
明日はバリカンの日だと宣言してました。
また、すっきり頭も見に来ます。その時も美味しいのを出してちょうだ〜〜い(^-^)/にんにん
