台北・松山空港近くの何もない住宅地だった富錦街を一躍人気エリアに変えた富錦樹台菜香檳の日本進出2号店が原宿クエストにオープン。日本橋の1号店は行列ができるので、予約して行きました。
コースにするか迷いましたが、小皿で色々食べようということでアラカルトにしました。
・樹子水蓮(水蓮菜と木の実の炒め)

・松花蒼蠅頭(花ニラとピータン豚挽肉のピリ辛炒め)
・蜜棗煨肉(豚バラ肉の角煮)
・蒔蘿烘蛋(ディルとトマトの台湾オムレツ)
・三杯軟絲(イカとバジルの三杯ソース炒め)
・烏魚子炒飯(台湾産カラスミと葉ニンニクのチャーハン)
・紹興焦糖布丁(紹興酒プリン)
店名にも香賓(中国語でシャンパンの意)とあるように、シャンパンに合う料理がコンセプトです。台湾の熱炒(大衆居酒屋)でビールを流し込みながら食べる料理とは一線を画す、脂っこさをあまり感じさせない料理でした。シャンパンを飲みながら結局台湾啤酒も頼んでしまいましたが。
最後に頼んだプリンが、絶妙に紹興酒の味がしてとても美味しく、後味よくお店を後にしました。
1人あたり1万円弱と、安くはないけど高すぎもせず、また折を見て他の料理も食べに来たいと思います。
