小高い丘の上にある川田屋さんは景色を楽しみながらゆったりと味わえるお店です。
今日は団体さんがみえたので、1組目のウェイティングでしたが、結構待ちました。
料理の提供にも時間が掛かると言われましたが、それほどでもなかった気がします。
薩摩知覧鶏炭火焼は熱々の鉄板に玉ねぎを敷き詰め、その上に噛み応えがありながらも柔らかい炭火焼。塩麹を付けて、一味で食べます。
玉ねぎがすごく美味しく、ゴロゴロポテト、人参、カボチャと一緒です。流石鶏料理を勧めるお店だけあって、とても美味しかったです。
くず花豆腐はにがりを使わずにくずで練った豆腐はつるっとねっとり感のお豆腐。とても美味しい ♬ マンゴーソースもあるようで、デザートみたいになるんでしょうね…。
元祖豆乳紙鍋は豆乳が美味しいお鍋で、こだわり野菜が美味しいお鍋に仕上がります。
途中で出てくる自家製豆腐は濃厚で熱々で出てきます。出汁醤油でつるっといけます。
なめこ蕎麦は細く硬めの茹で加減でとっても美味しい。手打のようですね。
生姜の香る自家製つくねも豆乳とよく合います。うどんは細めでツルツルです。かなりお腹はいっぱいですが、箸がとまらない ^ ^
どれもとても美味しく頂きました。
店内もレトロな和風調度品と天井が高く、和紙のライトが良い雰囲気。
窓から景色の見える席は簾で仕切った半個室。
小高い丘から見下ろす夜景は少し灯りは少なめですが、とても良い雰囲気です。遠くの山は夜は良く見えませんでしたが満足度は充分です。
メニューも豊富で近ければ再訪問したいお店でした。入口近くにある薪で炊いたお釜のごはんを味わいたかった…。
