「春鮨」は決して無愛想でもなく、偉そうにしているでもなく、余計な会話はしない。ネタも昔から同じ。ここの貝類の多さは貝好きにはたまりません。頑(かたく)なにネタに拘る寿司屋も在って好いと思う。
昔から年がら年中同じネタ。値が張っても仕入れる頑固さは恐れ入る。その昔は、開店と同時に大入り満員で3時頃には終了してしまう寿司屋だった。今は夜も営業してるが予約しないと入れなくなってしまった(爆)
久しぶりにフラッと立ち寄ってみた。店内は満席状態で空いてる席も予約席。「一人なら大丈夫」と言うのでカウンターの端に着座。座ると同時にいつものミル貝が目の前に。冷酒で一人乾杯。鮑を注文。すると後ろの客が「こっちも鮑」。何やら最後の1個だというので半分ずっこ(笑)
ホッキの炙りも欠かせない。冷酒も2本目。来る前に2軒ほど寄って来たので好い気分。でも2本で止めて、にぎりを。「シンコはまだあります?」と聞けば「1個だけ握れる」とのことで注文。ん~うまし。
赤貝のヒモが残ってたのでヒモキュウの細巻きを。これもうまし。最後はやはり穴子。つまみでも最高だが、春鮨はにぎりがやっぱり美味い。ということで、お勘定。ご馳走様でした。
