約1年ぶりの訪問です。
今回も極味コース+飲み放題でお願いしました。
メニューは以下の通りです。

今回の茶碗蒸しにはズワイガニがたっぷり。
旨みが濃厚で本当に美味しいんです。
ビーフシチューは大きな牛肉が柔らかく煮込まれています。
付け合わせの野菜がこれまた旨い。
今回も大満足のコースでした。

創作和食のコース料理とワインがメインのお店。
釧路で勢いのあるさかまる系列で、料亭のような高級感があります。
6月にオープンしたばかりですが、かなり人気が出ているようで
満席のため引き返すお客さんがたくさんいました。
今行くのであれば、予約は必須だと思います。
店内はカウンター席の他は個室になっており
落ち着いた雰囲気で食事を楽しむことができそうです。
【メニューについて】
3種類のコース料理があります。
〇irodiriコース ・・・3000円(6品)
〇季節のコース・・・4000円(8品)
〇極味コース ・・・5000円(10品)
※消費税抜き
ちなみに2100円で2時間飲み放題をつけることができます。
一応単品メニューもありますが、コースの方がコスパ高いです。
【極味コース】
私はせっかくなので、極味コース+飲み放題をお願いしました。
めったに来れないので、一番いいものを食べたいですよね。
メニューは次の10品。

長くなるので全部に感想は書きませんが、一言で表現するなら
『本当にこの料理を5000円で食べていいの?』
といったところです。
私の計算では単品で注文すると一万円くらいだと思う。
かなりお得なコースになっていますね。
ちなみに私が一番美味しいと思ったのは、フォアグラの茶碗蒸しです。
飲み放題メニューがかなり充実しています。
ついついテンションが上がり
ビール、ワイン(赤・白・スパークリング)
焼酎(佐藤・喜六)、泡盛、地酒(福司の純米)
の合計8杯も飲んでしまった。
これだけ飲んで2100円ですよ。
メニューにはないが5000円以上のコースもあるらしい。
ぜひまた食べに行きたいお店です。大満足。
