グルメな友達から人生で1番美味しかった焼肉と聞き
ずっと行きたいと思っていたお店です。
外観や内装は、ちょっと高級な和食のお店という感じ。
店内はカウンター10席にテーブル3卓くらい。
かなり混んでいるので行くなら予約必須です。

〇上ミノの湯引き
ミノってこんなにいい香りするものだっけ?
〇らんぷの芯(希少部位)
霜降りよりも、赤身の旨さを味わえる肉が好き。
山わさびでいただきました。
〇こころ(ハツ)
ハツってコリコリするもんじゃないの?
これメッチャ柔らかいんです。
〇カルビ&サガリ
普通の焼肉屋なら上カルビ&サガリでしょ。
一本まんまのネギがインパクト大。
〇レバー
新鮮でしっかり焼いても歯ごたえがプリプリです。
あ~、旨すぎる。
この味、忘れててたなぁ。
〇本日のナムル(なす・じゃがいも・ニラ)
肉もいいけど、ここのナムルは絶品です。
〇あっさり貝のスープ(はまぐり)
酔っ払いの胃に優しく染みわたります。
あっさりしてるけど、絶妙な塩梅ですね。
すっごく高級そうなイメージがありましたが
希少部位以外は、北見の大衆焼肉と同じくらい値段設定。
どの料理も、単純なようでしっかり一工夫されています。
あまりの美味しさに、ただただ脱帽するばかりです。
このためだけでも札幌に来てよかったです。
