庄やのクーポン券を一度使い切ることにした。
来店ポイントが1枚溜まったので日本酒の一升瓶をもらうことにする。
突然に言って出せる酒を尋ねたら、越乃寒梅を出せると言う。日本酒党でなくてもおそらく知らない人はいない酒にも関わらず飲んだ記憶があまりない。全くないかもしれない。
入れてもらう。
肴は生カツオ刺身で。
純米吟醸「浹」。「あまね」と読むらしい。
さっそく封を切る。
水より飲みやすい酒は今までいろいろ飲んできたが、飲むと口の中でとろける酒というのは珍しい。初めてかもしれない。
カツオを生の刺身でいただくのも私としては珍しい。
結構、寒梅と合う。寒梅がどんどん進む。消えていく。
ビールのつまみに好きな焼き枝豆との相性はどうだろうか。一般的な蒸しではなく焼いた枝豆だ。
何ら問題はない。
庄やの定番メニューの煮込みはどうだ。
美味しい酒は何とでも合うな。
庄やの新しいグランドメニューで定番にしている串カツは?
おや、玉ねぎがとろけている。
酒が止まらない。
そろそろ帰らないといけないので、〆にお茶漬け。明太子で。
〆だけど酒が欲しい。
結論。
美味い酒は何にでも合うが、美味しい肴だと更に酒が止まらない。
